    SELF PICKUP

    Self-pickup is available only at Ameera Zaini HQ, Setia Alam on weekdays (8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.). 

    LOCAL DELIVERY

    All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days (excluding holidays and weekends). A tracking number will be emailed once your order is packed. Third-party services will handle the domestic delivery and delivery times depend entirely on the chosen courier service. 

    Please ensure that your address is accurate and deliverable. We will do our utmost to deliver your orders as quickly as possible and bring a smile to your face.

    If you have issues with delivery or haven't received the tracking number within 5 working days, contact our Customer Support on WhatsApp at +6018-988 9664 with your Order ID.

    Keep in mind that shipping may take longer during festive seasons.

     

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

    At the moment, only the following countries are available for international delivery:

    • Singapore (shipped via NinjaVan) 
    • Brunei
    • Indonesia
    • Thailand
    • Philipines
    • Australia
    • United States

    All international orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via Citylink*

    Once your order is picked up, the transit time will take around 3-14 business days depending on your location.

    International orders may be subject to the respective country's customs duties* and import taxes*. These charges are not included in your order as they will be calculated once the parcel arrives at its destination country. Therefore, these charges must be borne by the recipient of the parcel.

    Keep in mind that shipping may take longer during festive seasons.

  • Return & Exchange Policy
    1. All items in AZ Essentials category are not returnable except for AZ Inner.

    2. All sale items will be packed without a box or pouch. Sale and discounted items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable

    3. We accept returns within 7 days from the date you received your parcel. 

    4. Any report or claim exceeding the return time frame will be considered invalid.

    5. Return and exchange will be applicable in the event of:  

      a) Defective items
      b) Wrong received items
      c) 'Special circumstances' which will be finalised by management. 

    6. The item must be unused/ unwashed/ unworn and in the exact condition when purchased. The label tag must still be intact and attached to the returned item(s), it must not be cut or broken.

    7. All shipping costs of returned items will be borne by us.

    8. Reasons such as "I changed my mind", "the designs are not suitable for me", or "the colours are different from the website" will not be considered valid grounds for refund and exchange.

    9. Only purchases made via our Website are entitled to a return and exchange to our HQ.

    10. Any orders purchased from our Authorized Reseller are not under Ameera Zaini’s responsibility.

    11. We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the items do not meet the return policy requirements above.
