1) Content Creator

Job Descriptions :

  • Develop, manage and monitor content on social media and help to create marketing content for social media outreach purposes and in campaign microsites and social applications (e.g. Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Interstream, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc).
  • Improve, implement, update & maintain brand awareness on social media channels.
  • Monitor, evaluate, research, and administer social media tools on a daily basis and generate reports and analytics.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations when a campaign or promotional strategies are reviewed.
  • Analyzing results, customer’s needs and wants, market conditions, and competitor’s data in all social media channels.
  • Implementing new strategies to drive physical or online traffic to the outlet/brand’s website, Facebook, Blogs, etc.
  • Deal with general internal and external feedback or correspondence promptly.
  • Be up-to-date with social media trends and development, and identify and analyze competitor advertising methods and strategies.

 

Job Requirements :

  • Knowledgeable about Social Media platforms and tools and possess a clear understanding of how Social Media value adds to a business/brand.
  • Graphic Designing skills, product photography, video editing & demonstrate skills using TikTok.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Energetic, digitally savvy, and in tune with a wide variety of social media activities and opportunities (i.e.: Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok).

 

2) Photographer & Videographer

Job Descriptions :

  • Work collaboratively with the creative and marketing team to carry out high-quality, editorial product campaign photoshoots with images used for all brand channels (eg: social media, website & ads)
  • Study flat-lay styling that matches the brand theme.
  • Prepare any kinds of videos related to products, sales, and advertising.
  • Take professional photos and/or videos for marketing purposes, both indoor and outdoor scenes.
  • Responsible to make sure all equipment is always in the best condition and performance.
  • Must know computerized tape editing software and equipment.
  • Manage all video/photoshoot sessions for the company either outdoor or indoor locations.
  • In charge of props planning and arrangement and providing direction in every video or photoshoot
  • Retouch, upload and manage photo/video collection to produce high-quality images (high-end retouched).

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Creative Photo media / Multimedia/ Video Production or any related field of study.
  • At least one (2) years’ experience or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
  • Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Possess a positive attitude, self-motivated, team player, able to work independently, meticulous, and good communication and analytical skills

 

3) Textile Designer

Job Descriptions :

- Having a strong sense of design, creativity, and attentive to detail
- Able to design artwork using Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop (compulsory)
- Present and brainstorm new designs with Creative Director
- Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
- Liaising with the production team to ensure the printing quality and delivery deadline
- Being highly motivated, proactive, independent, and enthusiastic in creating impactful visuals and thriving in a deadline-driven environment.
- Able to assist with photoshoot sessions when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in textile
  • The candidate must have a passion for fashion.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Textile, Art, Fashion Design, or equivalent.
  • General computer software skills such as Google Workplace, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, organized, responsible, self-discipline, dependable and detail-oriented.

  

4) Warehouse Assistant – Quality Check (QC)

Job Descriptions :

  • Must bend, reach, and stretch for the product, as well as lift, carry and move at least 15kg – 20kg
  • Have flexible availability that supports the needs of the business
  • Ability to adapt promptly to any change in working conditions and to get problems resolved without delay
  • Ability to perform excellently even when under work pressure, especially in times when shipment or inventory deliveries are forgotten or delayed
  • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills

Job Requirements : 

Warehouse Assistants help manage the flow of products and stock through a warehouse. They are usually responsible for packing, quality control for goods, and receiving and sending goods to and from the warehouse. Warehouse Assistants must be physically fit and able to lift and move stock in a safe manner. Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and communication skills are required to be an effective Warehouse Assistant.

  • To perform manual tasks involved in the packing, QC goods, storage and issuance of supplies, and preparation of related records in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Follow up on quality product issues from the retail & delivery team and deliver the info of action taken to the respective group.
  • Update quality report in product issue summary every day.
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager to update the deduction summary report file.
  • Update and investigate the warehouse missing item report when reported.
  • Assist in pending order when the warehouse team/delivery team need help
  • Complete the order process in the backend system.

 

5) Sales Promoter (i-Setan KLCC)

Job Descriptions :

Job Requirements :

  • Shop sales assistants sell a range of goods and services directly to the public or on behalf of retail and wholesale establishments, and explain the functions and qualities of these goods and services.
  • Determining customer requirements and advising on product range, price, delivery, warranties, and product use and care;
  • Demonstrating and explaining to customers the establishment’s goods and services;
  • Assisting with the ongoing management of stock such as product inventories, and participating in stock takes;
  • Stacking and displaying goods for sale, and wrapping and packing goods sold.
